Cancellation Policy

A booked appointment is a confirmation of appointment attendance. A deposit will be taken upon booking where possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. This fee is automatically applied to the card on file. Prepayments or sales will not be refunded under any circumstances. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of August 2025 and are subject to change without notice.

Duration

The length of appointment booked includes consultation and any changing time.

Booking

Treatment times may be subject to change and include consultation, preparation, treatment and aftercare advice. If you wish to book additional treatments, we recommend these are made at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

  •  Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to first treatment.

  • On arrival please check in at Reception.  

  • If you have a preference for a female or male therapist, please let us know at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, this cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to fill in a consultation form and relax prior to treatment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to make the most of the remaining time; however, the full treatment fee will still apply.

Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful environment for all, we kindly ask that mobile phones are switched off during your visit. Please be mindful of other clients to help maintain a calm and restorative environment for all. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, a private room can be arranged upon request (a supplementary charge may apply).

Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Extensions of up to three months may be granted, provided the request is made before the original expiry date. Please note that the physical gift voucher or voucher code must be presented for redemption—proof of purchase alone is not accepted. Treat your voucher as you would cash, as lost or misplaced vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced. All gift voucher sales are final and non-refundable.

Medical Conditions & Health Concerns

All treatments are subject to medical suitability. If you have a current or pre-existing medical condition, we strongly recommend consulting your GP before booking. Some treatments may carry risks or restrictions depending on your health status. Our therapists prioritise your well-being and will always act in your best interest. To help us tailor your experience safely and appropriately, we ask all clients to complete a confidential consultation form upon arrival.

Respect for Staff and Conduct Polic

At Reflexions, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. We kindly ask that you treat our team with courtesy at all times.

Rude, aggressive, or abusive behaviour—whether verbal or physical—will not be tolerated. Any client behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be permanently barred from returning.

Inappropriate or suggestive behaviour towards our therapists or other staff is strictly prohibited, and will result in immediate termination of the treatment and removal from the premises.

We take the security of your data very seriously. Your information is stored securely and may be shared only with trusted third parties when necessary—such as our booking and data management provider Fresha, or for the purposes of handling complaints, fraud prevention, or insurance/medical claims.

We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.
