Cancellation Policy

Payment will be taken upon booking. 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel the appointment. Prepayments or sales will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of January 2024 and are subject to change without notice.

Duration

The length of appointment booked includes consultation and any changing time.

Booking

Treatment times may be subject to change and include consultation, preparation, treatment and aftercare advice. If you wish to book additional treatments, we recommend these are made at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

•    Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to first treatment.

•    On arrival please check in at Reception where your appointment will be confirmed.  

•    To confirm, appointment must be booked and the confirmation link must be followed.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to fill in a consultation form and relax prior to treatment If you are late for your treatment we will endeavour to maximise the remainder of your appointment time but full charge for the treatment will be taken.

Etiquette

To ensure your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed, we request that your mobile phone is switched off during your visit and that you take all reasonable care not to disturb other clients receiving treatment. If you are particularly sensitive to noise disturbance please request a private room (there is normally a supplementary charge for this service). Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Gift vouchers

Once purchased gift vouchers are normally valid for six month only. An extension of up to three months in total can be made if requested before the expiry date. Expired Gift Vouchers can be used upon receipt of an administration fee of £10. Gift Vouchers must be retained and proof of purchase is not acceptable in lieu of the voucher itself. Please treat your gift voucher as you would cash. Refunds for gift vouchers will not be made under any circumstances.

Medical Conditions & Health Concerns

All treatments booked are subject to medical status. If you have symptoms of Covid 19 or have been with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days please do not book, remain home, isolate. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. . Please be assured our therapists have your health and well-being at the forefront of their concerns. If you have any medical conditions there may be a risk or restriction to any of the treatments listed and you are advised to contact us or your GP prior to arrival. We do ask that all guests complete and return the confidential consultation questionnaire on arrival.

ALSO VERY RARELY, TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS, FRAUD MANAGEMENT, OR FOR PRIVATE MEDICAL/INSURANCE CLAIMS. WE WILL NEVER PASS ON YOUR DETAILS TO ANY THIRD PARTY RELATING TO MARKETING OR DATA ANALYTICS.
